Tri-Flex Loop Multi-plane Movement Compensators |

| Function: | Flex-Hose Co.'s patented Tri-Flex Loop makes a world of difference in critical piping connections. It is designed to provide a superior flexible pipe loop that will absorb and compensate multi-plane pipe movements simultaneously as well as reduce piping stress. |

| It is the safest and most reliable means of absorbing up to 8 inches of movement resulting from thermal changes, random seismic shifts, and misalignment in a piping system. It also dampens vibration and reduces the transmission of noise. Tri-Flex Loops are designed to be pressure tested 1.5 times their maximum rated working pressure and manufactured with a 4:1 safety factor. The Tri-Flex Loop eliminates the need for the added installation expense of traditional long length pipe loops and its compact design saves valuable space. Tri-Flex Loops do not impose additional thrust loads on the piping system and thus eliminate the need for costly anchoring or thrust blocks while also eliminating pipe guides required by traditional pipe designs such as expansion pipe loops or expansion joints. | |

| Function: | The UL Listed Tri-Flex Loop Hanger Assembly Kit saves valuable time on Tri-Flex Loop installation, making it easy to support and hang the revolutionary Tri-Flex Loop. |
| Materials: | Each kit contains: 2 URC (universal restraint clips) for attaching to structure, 4 zinc plated copper oval sleeves, and 2 pre-stretched cables (13 feet in length). |
| Sizes: | Red Cable Kit is for Tri-Flex Loop sizes up to and including 8" inside diameter. Blue Cable Kit is for Tri-Flex Loop sizes of 10" & 12" inside diameter. |
| Features: | The UL Listed Seismic Rope/Cable used in our hanger assemblies conforms to the requirements of ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers) guidelines for structural applications of wire rope, in that the cable is pre-stretched and the permanent end fittings maintain the break strength of the cable with a safety factor of two. |

Flexcomp Expansion Compensators |

| Features: | Flexpress offers a totally enclosed, externally pressurized multi-ply stainless steel bellows that is protected from external damage by an external cover. In the unlikely event of a bellows failure, the cover is designed for full line pressure. The Flexpress carbon steel pipe integral liner is designed to prevent bellows impingement or fatigue due to flow induced vibration. |
